Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between why999 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the why999 website, mobile platform, or any associated services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with why999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overarching agreement between the Company and the Player.

Your continued use of the why999 platform following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions. The Company recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to the why999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of why999 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the why999 platform, whether through self-exclusion or Company-initiated exclusion.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

why999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified may be suspended pending investigation and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be voided at the Company's sole discretion.

Account Registration

To access the full range of why999 services, including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions, a Player must register a single account on the platform. The following conditions apply to all why999 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active why999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your why999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. why999 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC verification: why999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Account currency: All why999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the supported PKR payment channels listed on the platform.

why999 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing reasons, and to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the why999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through officially supported payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Supported payment channels: why999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to the Player's account.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Verified Players can typically expect processing within 30 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and volume of requests.
• Payment method consistency: why999 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise authorised by the Company following additional verification. This policy is maintained for fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.
• Transaction charges: why999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in PKR. However, third-party transaction fees levied by the Player's bank or payment provider are beyond the Company's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

why999 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus eligibility: Only Players who have successfully completed KYC verification and are in good standing under these Terms are eligible to receive and utilise bonus funds.
• Single bonus usage: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. A full game contribution schedule is available in the why999 bonus terms section of the platform.
• Abuse prevention: why999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting promotional terms, engaging in bonus abuse, or acting in bad faith. Decisions made in this regard are final.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the why999 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all why999 casino products:

• RNG certification: All random number generator ("RNG") games on the why999 platform are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure provably fair and statistically random outcomes. The return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for individual games are disclosed within the game information panels.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the platform. Players must respect these limits at all times. Bets placed in excess of stated limits may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — why999 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. The Company's decision regarding the outcome of any affected game round is final. No game result will stand if a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome.
• Disputed outcomes: Any Player wishing to dispute a game outcome must contact why999 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
• Currency of play: All bets, wins, and balances are denominated in PKR. The platform does not support wagering in any other currency.

Sports Betting Rules

why999's sports betting product covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events as listed on the platform from time to time. The following terms govern all sports betting activity at why999:

• Market settlement: All markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. why999 reserves the right to use alternative official sources where the primary source is unavailable or delayed.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account as stake only.
• Odds accuracy: why999 strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. However, in the case of a manifest error in the display of odds — including technical or human error — the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the Company's discretion. Bets accepted during a suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per event and per day apply across all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook section of the platform and may be adjusted for specific events or market types.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the why999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or display errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to why999 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the why999 platform or its payment channels.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying code or algorithms of any game or platform component.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform policies.
• Conducting any transaction on behalf of a third party without the Company's prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

why999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests made by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment processors.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under why999's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by the Company following a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the Company will endeavour to return any verified PKR balance to the Player via their most recently used payment method, after deducting any applicable administrative fees.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by why999 is governed by the why999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, why999 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data processing, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

why999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session duration reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of gameplay.
• Loss limits: Daily and weekly loss caps may be set by the Player at any time. These limits cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from the platform may self-exclude for a period of their choosing. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is also available.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the why999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, why999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in game results, odds displays, or account balance information arising from technical malfunctions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the why999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

why999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the why999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact why999 support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified PKR balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which why999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the why999 complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.

why999 operates a formal complaints procedure. Players wishing to raise a complaint should contact the support team in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the complaint may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body.
